With over 15 years of immersive experience in combating mental health, gun and gang violence, I bring a profound understanding of trauma-informed, culturally responsive strategies to prevent and intervene in community violence. My expertise lies in addressing the root causes of violence through a comprehensive focus on the people, places, and behaviors that drive it.
As a dedicated community professional, I have a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to develop and implement effective policies that enhance community safety and improve the social service sector, particularly within under-served and low-income areas.
