Revive recognizes that we often are forced to operate within a patriarchal society that favours male-dominated thoughts and prioritizes male narratives and male perspectives regarding how the world works. We also understand that this social system has influenced our society’s systems of oppression. Most importantly, this systemic social structure in our society directly contributes to the ongoing violence against women and girls epidemic. Revive is committed to fixing these systems of oppression in all of the work that we do.
