Aretha Mccarthy
Chief Executive Officer
Healing from trauma requires more than crisis intervention. My vision is a community where every survivor has what they need to not just survive, but thrive.
Aretha McCarthy serves as Chief Executive Officer of REVIVE, leading the organization’s mission to support survivors of gender-based violence with long-term, trauma-informed, and culturally-responsive care. With years in trauma-informed care and community advocacy, she guides REVIVE’s programs, partnerships, and strategic vision — ensuring survivors, especially Black women and families, have the support they need to heal and thrive.
